    Respected Mr. Umesh Sharma Sir
Really glad to have your most inspiring and encouraging email. Such intellectual and visionary interactions always set examples in establishing new landmarks and new heights in educational institutions known as centers of higher learning and knowledge creation. I wish to quote one example happened with me, I was a student of 7th standard in my village school (High School Khadana Bulandshahr district western UP). Late Mr. Sheoran Lal Sharma, The Principal of School, used to teach English. In the class one day he told that 'Even a grass teaches a lot if learner is keen to learn', because the grass continuously struggles a lot to grow despite odds. His this sentence inspired me to learn under all odds and has changed my life. Similarly, your sentence 'I am very lucky to be the Chairman of the governing body of such a college. It is the contribution of teachers like you that, the college has achieved such name'. seems full of farsighted vision and theme of creativity.
Such historic natural utterances of thoughtful people become guideline and even the lifelines to those who believe in sincere, honest efforts following 'work is worship theory'. My hardcore efforts put up in Deshbandhu College in academic interest, I thought that one day they could be recognized by someone who could have understanding and dreams of unbelievable landmarks to be established and new boundaries to be explored as historic vision. So respected Sharma Sir, your sentence 'I am very lucky to be the Chairman of the governing body of such a college. It is the contribution of teachers like you that, the college has achieved such name' has shaken me to write about a scenario of beginning of my academic career started from Deshbandu College DU write from 5th August 1986 to Dec. 2009. I totally dedicated and devoted myself to the research laboratory only. For example, I struggled a lot for four years in getting recognized myself as PhD guide and PhD laboratory in the College, did not leave any stone unturned. I struggled and struggled until I succeeded, many PhD students successfully got PhD degrees. For example, Dr. Maneesha Pandey faculty, School of Sciences, IGNOU. During my college stay, I did not know where is day and where is night. Since I came from village, believed in high level ethics and no compromise with hard work so people did not take me in good taste. Pl have a look at US patent evolved at DBC.
